Reiki Level 1 is the foundation of this ancient practice of channeling our energy. In this modality, you will learn:

• The Origin Story of Reiki
• Fundamental Reiki Concepts
• Reiki Benefits
• In Depth Analysis of the Energy System including the Chakras and Auric Field
• Reiki Techniques for Self Healing

This level is known as as the self care modality. In it, you will find resources to help support you in developing a relationship with your energy body. You will learn great energetic hygiene in terms of cleansing practices as well as energetic boundaries. That's right, it is so important to be able to discern what energetic cords need to be released so we can experience a balanced energy system.

After you complete the training portion, you will schedule a 1:1 session with me or one of my colleagues to answer all of your questions and to receive your Reiki Level 1 Attunement. This is the time where you receive your "energy upgrade" so you can best utilize Reiki to its fullest potential!

Once all is completed, I will contact you via email in order to mail your certificate to you. Yes, I'm old school and like to provide my students paper certificate.
